Refund and Returns Policy

At ZAVDAD, customer satisfaction is important to us. We make sure every order is packed carefully and delivered with care. Please read our refund and return policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • Product must be sealed and unopened
  • Original packaging must be available
  • An order proof or invoice must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Used products
  • Products with a broken seal
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Parcel opening video
  • Product pictures
  • Delivery slip picture

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa
  • Original payment method, where possible

Refund processing may take 3–7 working days after approval.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only if:

  • The product is sealed or just tested and unused
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The exchange request is made within 15 days

Opened perfumes cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Return Delivery Charges

Return delivery charges will be handled as follows:

  • If the product is wrong or damaged, ZAVDAD will bear the return/replacement delivery cost.
  • If the customer wants to return or exchange due to personal preference, delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

For COD orders, please confirm your order carefully before dispatch.

Fragrance Preference Disclaimer

Perfume smell, projection, and lasting may vary depending on skin type, weather, usage, and personal preference. Returns are not accepted only because the customer does not like the fragrance after opening the product.
